What is expected of the client?
In order for the coaching experience to work, it is expected that you, our client, are honest, authentic, and straightforward in your communication. If things are not openly discussed, obstacles can not be found and acted upon appropriately, which will hinder progress.
It is expected that you participate fully in all sessions and facets of the program. You get out of it what you put in to it.
It is expected that you come with an accountability partner (for at least one of the sessions) and are open and honest with the partner, because, they will be an important part of this process, and your support.
It is expected that you have fun as you explore yourself, your new life, and discover how to live healthy and successfully!
What population do you serve?
While our focus is on the “under served” population of Milwaukee County patients, we serve any client ages 12 to 65 that has been diagnosed with a chronic illness (defined as: An illness that has persisted for at least 3 months or more and is a continuing disease process), pre and post transplant patients, and patients new to chronic illness (this service is especially beneficial to them!).
What avenues do you use to coach?
We coach using what is comfortable for you. If you are in, or would like to make the trip, to the Milwaukee County area, you are more than welcome to make an appointment and meet face to face. If that doesn’t interest you, you may make an “over the phone” appointment session via conference call or skype. Otherwise, our group coaching is done via teleconference and webinar. Soon we will be able to offer this service right here in our center. Please note, that for all of our clients under 18, they must be coached either face to face or over Skype/teleconference with a parent or guardian – no exceptions.
How can I pay for my service?
We accept paypal (and all credit cards that pay pal accepts), cash, and money orders. Please NO personal checks. Thank you.
